Due to recent expansion, a new pipe services division was created at Morreston in January 2021. Offering a range of tailor-made packages in the fabrication and installation of a whole range of piping systems, we are specialists within the commercial and industrial sectors. 

What is Pipe Fabrication? 

Pipe fabrication is the process of welding, cutting or bevelling pipe systems such as elbows, tees, reducers & flanges. All of our clients have bespoke requirements and one size doesn’t fit all, so we can work you to exact requirements.

Our Fabrication Pipe Services and Installation services deliver a full turnkey solution for all of your industrial pipework and commercial pipework needs. From a single spool supplied UK wide, to a complete site installation service we offer:  

• Welded steel BSP ½ inch to 10 inch 
• Stainless steel welded ½ inch to 10 inch 
• Threaded BSP steel from ½ inch to 3 inch 
• Hot and cold water services {Mapress/compression}
• Above ground drainage
• On-site pipe welding repairs and section renewals
• Hot tapping 
• Pipe freezing

Our Fabrication Pipe Service includes an initial survey and discussions about your exact requirements, any pre-fabrication works off-site, crane operations (if needed), site installation, water treatment of installed systems and any flow measurement/commissioning services. 

From small to large bore pipes, we offer British Standard Pipes (BSP) to welded over the complete range of materials fabricated by our NVQ/SSTS qualified engineers.
